Shirley Jones Justus

Shirley Jones Justus, 77, of Cedar Mountain, NC, passed away on Thursday, October 28, 2021, at Universal Health Care.  She was born in Henderson County to the late Grady and Ada Ballard Jones.

Shirley was a member of Mountain View Baptist Church in Tuxedo, NC.

She is survived by her daughter Renee Baines and her husband Chris of Cedar Mountain, NC; son Frank Maybin and his wife Kelly of Henderson County; grandchildren, Katie Baines, Brandon Baines, Cassandra Hopper, Jonathan Maybin, and Autumn Maybin; great-grandchildren, Ansley Hopper, Skyler Maybin, and Jonah Maybin; sister Margaret Jo Capps; brothers, Doug Jones and Calvin Jones and his wife Virginia.

A graveside service will be held at two o’clock p.m. on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with the Reverend Sam Beddingfield officiating.
