Seng Tran

On the morning of Wednesday, September 29, 2021, Seng Tran, age 94, of Hendersonville, North Carolina, while surrounded by his loved ones, passed away at his residence. Seng was born in Cambodia on May 15, 1927.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Ngo Hong Ky.

Known to be a family man, Seng absolutely loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.  He was of the Buddhist faith.

Seng is survived by two sons, Duong Tran and Pheng Tran; three daughters, Nay Tran, Chau Tran and Tieng Tran; six grandsons, Eng Tran, Hieng Tran, Michael Tran, Peter Tran, Andy Ung and Alex Ung; three granddaughters, Natalie Ung, Annie Taing and Diana Meka; and four great grandchildren, Alexander Tran, Bella Meka, Nicholas Whe and Jared Whe.

A funeral ceremony will be held on Sunday, October 03, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Shuler Funeral Home.
