Sarah Flynn

Sarah K (Canova) Flynn, 95 of Sun City Arizona and formerly of Chicago, passed away on February 1, 2021. Sarah was born on May 1, 1925, the daughter of Alexander and Julia Canova. Beloved wife to the late John T Flynn. Sarah was a devoted mother to six children, preceded in death by daughters Julie Ann Flynn, Catherine Cross and sons Jack Flynn and Robert Flynn. She is survived by her sons Terry (Sara) Flynn and William (Dawn) Flynn, and son in law Mike Cross.  Sarah is also survived by one of her 8 siblings, Carol Paleks (Sun City). She was a proud grandmother to Michael (Danielle) Flynn, Paul (Amanda) Flynn, Alexandra Flynn, Jonathan (Lindsay) Flynn, Kelly (Kyle) Kandel, Matthew Cross, Brian Cross, Jessica Flynn, Delaney Flynn. She was also blessed with 5 great grandchildren.

Sarah loved to spend time with her family and friends and enjoyed cooking and baking. She spent many hours in her back-yard picking oranges and lemons. She will be dearly missed.

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, funeral services will be held privately.
