Sandra Ann Duda-Buss

Sandra Ann Duda-Buss, 79, of Dover, passed away and reunited with her late husband, Daniel, on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at her home.
A daughter of the late James E. and Margaret M. (Hare) Burlison, Sandra was born November 4, 1941 at Coshocton, Ohio.
Sandra was a graduated of New Philadelphia High School. Then in May of 1960, she married her first husband, Michael E. Duda. The couple raised three children, Michael, Jeffrey and Robin. Sandra and Michael also purchased and expanded Midtown Dry Cleaners at New Philadelphia which they operated together for many years.
Later on, she married D. Buss on June 23, 1990. Sandra and Daniel enjoyed traveling, especially cruising and camping at Atwood Lake. The couple shared 30 years of marriage prior to Dan’s passing on October 30, 2020.
Sandy was also employed at former Elby’s Restaurant at New Philadelphia. She was an avid golfer and she enjoyed crafting and interior design. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by a son, Michael A. Duda; her daughter, Robin (Michael) Duda Bolon; two step-children, Cynthia (Robert) Picklesimer and Brad (Victoria) Buss; 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchilren.
Sandra was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dan, a son, Jeffrey J. Duda and three brothers, Thomas W. Burlison, John R. Burlison and James D. Burlison.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2021 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 1 p.m. in Sacred Heart Catholic Church at New Philadelphia with Father Jeff Coning officiating. Burial will be held in Ridgecrest Memory Gardens at Dover.
