Russell Dean Bricker

Russell Dean Bricker has joined his Lord on Monday, July 5, 2021. He was born on February 23, 1934 to Victor and Agnes (Gatchell) Bricker.
He will be deeply missed by his wife of 58 years, Joy Bricker and his loving family. His love for children was shown with his 11 children. “Dean” worked at General Motors for 34 years and ten years as an Ontario School bus driver before retiring. His hobbies included fishing with his mother who was an avid fishermen and watching his Cleveland Indians.
He is survived by his wife, Joy Bricker; his sons, Ronald (Sharon) Bricker, Jerry Jackson, and Donald (Carla) Jackson; his daughters, Joyce (Terry) Black, Patricia (Harold) Holter, Pamela Frazier, Barbara Volz, Eva (Robert) Harmon, and Pamela Bricker; his two brothers, Victor (Penny) Bricker, and Ed (Anne) Bricker; along with 25 grandchildren; 49 great grandchildren; and 13 great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Victor and Agnes Bricker; two sons, Paul (Pam) Jackson and Dennis Bricker; and a brother, Clarence (Bud) Bricker.
The family will receive friends from 4:00-6:00 pm on Thursday, July 8, 2021 at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington Springmill Rd. Funeral services will be held Friday, July 9, 2021 at 2:30 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Matthew Pond officiating. Russell will be laid to rest at Mansfield Memorial Park.
