Ruben A. Saldaña Sr., age 80, of Chicago, formerly of the Philippines. Beloved husband to Victoria, née Rualo for almost 50 years. Devoted father to Christina (Larry) Hidaka, Ruben Jr. (Kristine) Saldaña, Camille Saldaña, Cherina (Dennis) Gonzales, and Ruser (Bethany) Saldaña. Cherished “Owo” to Peyton, Cooper, Olivia, Xavier, Cecilia, Charles Julian (CJ), Damien, Alyssa, Cole, Briella, Rodger, and Rinoa. Loving brother to Editha (the late Jose) Bravo, Serafin Jr. (Marietta) Saldaña, and Edwin (Ana Belle) Saldaña. Dear brother-in-law, uncle, and cousin to many. Visitation will be held on Friday, December 18th at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 6150 N. Cicero Ave. Chicago, IL from 4:00-8:00PM.
