Rosemary Sue (Phillips) Primus, 73, died Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2023, at her home in Urbana, following a sudden illness.

A celebration of Rosemary’s life will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2023, at the Phillips Funeral Home Chapel (212 E. 6th Street) in Vinton.
