Robert Stowe

Robert Reuter Stowe, age 91, a third-generation resident of Glenview and son of Edward Wells Stowe and Ruth Naomi Stowe. Beloved husband to Delia, nee Brady, for 56 wonderful years. Devoted father to Paul (Nadine) Stowe, Maria Stowe (Shawn Comstock), Luke (Christy) Stowe, Ted (Katie) Stowe, Sheila Stowe (Pranav Merchant). Cherished grandfather to Trevor, Shannon, Josa, Simon, Evan, Jenna, Dylan, Bradley, Sofia, and Charlie. He is survived by his sister Valerie Thomas and sister-in-law, Ellie Stowe. He was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Ruth Stowe, Bertha (Sandy) Hayes, Winifred, Ned (Mary), Fred, and Babette Stowe. Loving uncle to many.

A visitation will be held at St David’s Episcopal Church, 2410 Glenview Rd, Glenview, IL 60025 on Saturday, November 27, 2021, from 12:00-1:00pm, with a funeral service beginning at 1:00pm. The burial services will take place privately.
