Raymond F. Kalusa
Raymond F. Kalusa, age 85, of Palatine passed away peacefully. Beloved husband of Dianne for 37 wonderful years. Devoted father to the late Raymond Kalusa Jr. “Little Ray.” Devoted step-father to Gina (John) Seegers, and Chad (Aileen Mann) Kubis. Cherished Grandpa to Christian, Jason, and Billy. Dear brother to Daniel (Sally). Dear uncle to Denise (Darrin) Bacon, Dan Jr. (Kimberly) Kalusa, John Kalusa, Michael Kalusa, the late Robert Kalusa, Linda Peterson, Joyce Fugate, Susan (William) Battista. Adored great uncle to many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents, John and Mary Kalusa, and siblings Mary Ostrowski, Angeline Kucta, John Kalusa, and George Kalusa. Ray was Vice President of Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance from 1979-1981, but was a lifelong employee. A visitation will be held Saturday, March 12, 2022 at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 185 E. Northwest Hwy. Palatine IL from 9:30-11:30am. A mass will follow at St. Thomas of Villanova Parish, 1201 E Anderson Dr, Palatine, IL at 12 Noon. Interment at St. Adalbert Cemetery, Niles IL.
