Randolph S. Bolon

Randolph S. Bolon, age 72, of Tuscarawas, died on Sunday, September 11, 2022, in Sycamore Run Nursing Home at Millersburg, after a period of declining health.
Born in Dover, Ohio on June 22, 1950 Randy was a son of the late Joseph M. and Norma J. (Ohler) Bolon.
Randy proudly enlisted in the US Army in 1969 and served his country in the Vietnam War. He was a retired coal miner. In the early 1970’s Randy started the Tusky Little League Baseball Teams. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, motorcycles and restoring old cars. But his greatest passion was spending time with his family. He was always known to have a big heart and quick sense of humor.
He is survived by his wife Rosemary (Angelo) Bolon, who he married on March 20, 1971; his son, Randy Bolon of Tuscarawas; granddaughter, Randi Bolon of Tuscarawas; sisters, Christine Hunter of Cadiz and Ethel “Toots” Brooks of Dover; brother, Clifford (Diane) Bolon of Tippecanoe; his special brother-in-law, Joe (Peg) Angelo; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Randy was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers, Jody and Michael Bolon.
The family will greet guests on Friday, September 16, 2022 from 5:00 to 8:00PM at Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia. A private family inurnment will follow at a later time in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery at Rittman, Ohio.
