Patricia “Patsy” Holder

Patricia “Patsy” Holder, 79, of Mountain Home went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 5, 2021 at her residence following a period of declining health. A native and lifelong resident of Henderson County, she was a daughter of the late Connie D. and Gracie Hyder Cannon. She was also preceded in death by her son, Phillip Lester Holder; daughter-in-law, Pamela Holder; grandson, Gregory Neil Gilbert, granddaughter, Shella Leanne Bolanos; siblings, Thomas E. Cannon, Talmadge Cannon, Billy J. Cannon, Kenneth Cannon and Ruby J. Freeman.
Patsy was of the Baptist faith and had spent most of her life as a homemaker and caregiver to many. She enjoyed reading, canning, working in her flowers, watching internet church services and gospel singing. She cherished spending time with her family.
She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Lester Holder; daughters, Jill (Mike) Gilbert and Donna Bolanos (Martin Martinez); grandchildren, Patrick Gilbert, Austin (Keisha) Gilbert, Micaela Bolanos, Cruz Bolanos, Blanca Bolanos Holder and Dale Holder; great-grandchildren, Cameron Gilbert, Cooper Gilbert, Autumn Gilbert, Kodi Gilbert and a baby Holder on the way; siblings, Jackie (Hubert) Halford, Dean (Lelon) Holder, Doris (Bill) Connor, Martha (Ray) Corn, Connie (David) Kuykendall, Larry (Celestia) Cannon, Gail (Bob) Rogers and Jerry (Janet) Cannon, along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A visitation will be held from 11am to 1pm on Saturday, September 11, 2021 in the Chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 1:30pm in Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Reverend Tommy Hart officiating.
