It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Patricia Cunningham, a vibrant and independent soul who lived a life full of passion and adventure. Patricia, born on July 22, 1962, was known for her strong will and spirited personality, but she was also cherished for her enormous heart, boundless generosity, and wonderful sense of humor.
Patricia’s legacy of bravery, loyalty, and cleverness is remembered by her husband, Jason Best, and her three children: Jacob Forsberg, Benjamin Forsberg, and Samantha O’Brien and son-in-law Christopher O’Brien. She was also a beloved grandmother to Teagyn, Hudsyn, and Coast O’Brien. Patricia leaves behind her parents, John and MaryAnn Cunningham, and her five siblings: Tim Cunningham and wife Donna, Joe Cunningham and wife Sue, Linda Kazmierczak and husband Don, Terri Umsted and husband Kerry, Rob Cunningham and wife Randi.
A distinguished Real Estate Broker, Patricia founded Tailored Marketing, Inc. in 1992. Her professional achievements include memberships with the National Association of Realtors, Southern Nevada Association of Realtors, Las Vegas Association of Realtors, and Southern Nevada Home Builders Association. Patricia’s pioneering spirit broke barriers and paved the way for many women in the industry.
Patricia’s departure has left a profound void, felt deeply by her family and friends. The family is grateful for your support and condolences during this challenging time. A celebration of Patricia’s life will be held at a later date.
