Patricia Hale Wilson

Patricia Hale Wilson, 76, of Williamsburg, lost a hard-fought battle with cancer on March 20, 2021.
Patricia was a graduate of the University of Delaware and received her master’s degree in library science from Drexel University. She was the head of the medical library for Pennsylvania Hospital and spent the rest of her career as a medical librarian for George Washington University Hospital. In addition to spoiling her grandchildren, Patricia loved to cook, knit, sew, and do needlework.
Patricia is survived by her beloved husband of 49 years, John Wilson; children, Kathryn (Jay) Hambrick, Matthew (Anne) Wilson, and Timothy (Alesa) Wilson; and grandchildren, Jack Hambrick, Alex Hambrick, Rebecca Wilson, Quentin Wilson, and Anson Wilson. She is preceded in death by her parents, Gordon and Rita Hale.
