Obituary: In Loving Memory of Mary S. Bennett

Mary Socorro Bennett born July 27, 1936 in Visalia, Calif, died Thursday, Sept. 28, 2023 in Carson City, NV. Mary was a dedicated mother, grandmother, and friend. Mary has been part of the Carson City community since the early 1960s.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Maria Mercado, and her brother, Raymond Mercado. Mary is survived by her daughter, son-in-law, and two granddaughters, Andrea, John, Elizabeth, and Corine Doran.

Memorial services and reception will be held at Saint Teresa of Avila Church in Carson City on Nov. 16, 2023 at 11:00am. Family and friends of Mary are invited to come celebrate her life and memory.
