Norma Ann Fullmer was born March 8, 1935, in Irving, Iowa, the daughter of Lester and Blanche Hladky Fullmer. She graduated from Belle Plaine high school in 1952. Norma was united in marriage to Don DeWitte on July 24, 1954. She was a homemaker, and helped on the family farm south of Brooklyn for 60 years. Norma was active and glad to lend a hand in the Brooklyn Community when needed. She enjoyed gardening, playing cards, bingo, and loved watching the Iowa Hawkeyes. Most of all Norma loved being a Grandma and Mother. She always enjoyed her winter trips to Arizona to visit her family and to escape the snow. She spent a lot of time with Scott’s family in Iowa. She was the best Grandma and will be missed dearly by all of her children and grandchildren.
