Natalie Earnest
Natalie Earnest passed peacefully with family by her side Sept 19, 2022.
She was born in Lepanto Arkansas to a farming family that held her sisters Ouida and Sadie and brother Bill. As a child she worked the farm with her siblings and toiled alongside Johnny Cash in the cotton fields of the Arkansas Delta. Upon graduation of high school, she worked for Bell telephone until her 1st marriage that ensued travel and living throughout the United States as a military wife. Upon his retirement, and settling in Cleburne, she came to enjoy and love the Texas hill country and especially Granbury. In 1984 she met Herbert Earnest (Herb) and subsequently married him after her divorce in late 1984. Their union lasted until his passing earlier this year. Together they enjoyed travel thru the hill country, their dogs, and Acton where they resided for 35+ years.
Natalie is survived by her sister Ouida and Sadie, her two sons and three step children.
Viewing to be held Friday September 23, 2022, from 6 to 8 at Wiley Funeral Chapel, funeral Saturday September 24, 2022 at 10am.
