Michelle Lynn Sherburne
Michelle Lynn Sherburne, 51, of Mansfield, Ohio passed away at her home on Saturday, November 6, 2021 after a long illness. She was born in Mansfield on December 8, 1969 to Roger and Kathleen (Gabor) Sherburne.
Michelle had previously trained at Bliss Technical College. She worked as a medical assistant for Dr. Moritz and later began working as a transcriptionist. Throughout her life, Michelle was a spiritual woman of faith, a true servant to the Lord. She enjoyed the moments she was able to travel and loved spending time with her family, cherishing the precious memories they all shared together.
Michelle is survived by her son, Derek Sherburne; mother, Kathleen Sherburne; brother, Kristopher Sherburne; aunts and uncles, Marsha and Jerry Pearce, Cindy and Bob Hammond and Randy Sherburne; several cousins; and special friends, Dave Looney and his niece, Michelle and Pastor Dan Dickman of Peace Fellowship.
She was preceded in death by her father, Roger Sherburne; and grandparents, Pete and Ruby Gabor and Paul and Roberta Sherburne.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, November 19, 2021 at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond St., Mansfield, Ohio 44902. A memorial service will follow thereafter beginning at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Dan Dickman officiating service. Memorial contributions may be made to Peace Fellowship Church, 106 Sturges Ave., Mansfield, Ohio 44903.
