Mary Katherine Wolfe
Mary Katherine Wolfe, 76, of Mansfield, passed away Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital.
She was born July 12, 1945, in Mansfield, Ohio, to the late Lucille (VanDerau) and Joseph Geiger. Mary worked as a bus driver for Crestline Schools for over 15 years. She enjoyed reading and shopping. Her loving dog, Louie, was her constant companion. Most of all, Mary enjoyed spending time with her family and sisters.
Mary is survived by a son, Andy (Val) Wolfe of VA; a daughter, Amy (Dan) Moore of Howard; five grandchildren, Luke (Christina) Wolfe of Newark, OH, Danielle (Mason) Plaxico of Mount Vernon, Jesse Moore of Mansfield, Noah Wolfe and Maddie Wolfe, both of VA; a great-granddaughter, Ellie Wolfe; two sisters, Peggy Militelo and Patty Banks, both of Mansfield; niece, Molly Neiderhouser with whom she spent a great deal of time; great-niece, Katy Martin; and several other nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by an infant daughter, Laurie Ann Wolfe; and brother, Tom Geiger.
A private family graveside service will be held at St. Joseph Cemetery in Crestline. The Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is honored to serve the family.
