Marilyn Ann Clement, 74, of Marion, Iowa, passed away on Friday, Jan. 13, 2023, at The Villages of Marion. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 16, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Marion. Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 17, at the funeral home. Inurnment will follow at Troy Mills Cemetery in Troy Mills, Iowa.

Marilyn was born on Aug. 27, 1948, in Manchester, Iowa, the daughter of Joseph and Rachel (Crow) Soukup. She was a 1966 graduate of Troy Mills High School. Marilyn worked for Rockwell Collins for over 40 years until retiring. She enjoyed puzzles, traveling and spending time with her grandchildren. Marilyn will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Marilyn is survived and lovingly remembered by her two daughters, Lynn (Peter) Donahue of Palos Hills, Ill., and Lisa (Jon) Becker of Coggon, Iowa; and grandchildren, Andrew Becker of Cedar Rapids, Quinn Becker of Marion, Connor Donahue of Chicago, Ill., Shawn Donahue of Madison, Wis., Erin Donahue of Palos Hills and Brady Donahue of Palos Hills.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Rachel Soukup; and brothers, Kenneth and Harold Soukup.
