Beloved daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother. SUNRISE; April 19, 1936 SUNSET: February 11, 2021 Lutelia M. Jones received her wings and went Home to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 11, 2021. Lutelia M. Jones is survived by her children: Clarence D Mitchell Jr. (Glynis) of Akron, OH, Cheryl Sullivan (William-deceased) of Bloomfield Hills , Michigan, Robert Mitchell (Harriet-deceased) and Yvette Mitchell, both of Cleveland, OH. Eleven grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren one great-great-grandchild, and one adopted daughter, Rhonda M. Gilbert. Lutelia M. Jones was preceded in death by mother Marie Peek, husband Matthew C. Jones, and daughter Wanda M. Coleman, along with many other close immediate family members. Viewing: Tuesday, February 23, 2021 from 4-8pm at Calhoun’s Funeral Home, 23000 Rockside Road, Bedford Hts., OH 44146. Celebration of Life , PRIVATE SERVICE, Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at Mt. Sinai Friendship United, 7510 Woodland Avenue, Cleveland Ohio 44104; Family Hour 10:00am. Homegoing 10:30 am. The Services will be LIVESTREAMED at Mt. Sinai Friendship United Ministries. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Family is asking that all Covid restrictions, including masks, be followed. Lutelia, affectionately known as Lou, worked at Ohio Bell as a telephone operator in 1967 and later moved into a managerial position where she remained until her retirement in 1993. Lou accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of the Mt. Sinai Baptist Church. She was a soft quiet spoken woman who loved to spend time with her family and friends. Lou was loved by many, and she will be truly missed. Our Beautiful Angel Watching Over Us!
