Luis Omar Ocon

Luis Omar Ocon, age 41 of Plano, IL passed away on Friday, June 23, 2023 at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wi. He was born on June 22, 1982 in Torreon, Coahuila, Mexico the son of Jose Luis and Lucila (Cadena) Ocon.

Luis was employed for many years as a landscaper. He was a loving father, son, brother, nephew, and uncle who will be deeply missed by his family and many friends.

Luis is survived by his parents, Jose and Lucila Ocon of Plano, IL; his daughter, Alana Isabella Ocon; his brother, Cesar Ocon of Yorkville, IL; his sister, Leidida (Oscar) Ocon Palacios of Plano, IL; also, his many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at the Nelson Funeral Home, 1010 W. South Street, Plano, IL ending with a Prayer  Service at 8:00 PM. Interment will be held at a later date in El Panteón Municipal, Escobedo El Oro, Durango, Mexico.
