Linda Sue Burkhart

Linda Sue Burkhart, 77, passed away May 28, 2023, in Fort Worth, Texas. A visitation will be held from 1pm until 2pm, Friday, June 2, 2023, at Wiley Funeral Home in Glen Rose, Texas. A service will follow the visitation at 2pm.

Linda was born on August 24, 1945, in Dallas, Texas to JC Latham and Anna Pearl Power. Later, she married James Grady Burkhart March 18, 1978, in Dallas, Texas. Linda loved to paint and do pottery. She loved her family and friends. Linda was very charitable, had a big heart, and always helped everyone. She also was a good cook and very organized.

Linda is preceded in death by her mother: Anna Pearl; sister: Patsy Comeaux; son: David Burkhart.

Linda is survived by her husband: James Burkhart; children: Russell Gordon, Randy Burkhart and wife Elizabeth, and Melanie Burkhart; grandchildren: Kayla Rubenacker, Byron Evans, Preston Evans, Kylie Burkhart, Connor Burkhart, Katie Burkhart, and Caroline Burkhart; great grandchildren: Jaxson Rubenacker, Mila Burkhart, and one on the way: Scarlett Rubenacker.
