Linda Van Steenhuyse McDevitt, age 84, of Rochester MN, passed away on Friday, July 18th, 2025. Linda was born to Frank and Morine (Pickart) Van Steenhuyse on September 22, 1940 in Blairstown, IA. She graduated from Blairstown High School, Mount Mercy College and John Carroll University. Linda married George Michael Paul McDevitt, September 6, 1969 in Simpson, MN. They were blessed with Michael Paul McDevitt, son, and Sara Maureen McDevitt, daughter.

Linda is survived by sisters Nancy Hart (Robert Hart) and Mary Mumby (Larry Mumby), a generous amount of nieces and nephews, brothers-in-law Paul Manternach and John Rogers. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband George and daughter Sara. She was also preceded in death by sisters Elodie Manternach and Betty Rogers.

A private gathering has been held.
