Linda H. Wilkie

Linda H. Wilkie, a lifelong resident of Hendersonville, passed away at her home on Saturday, March 20, 2021.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Thomas; and sister, Nancy Stepp.

Linda was of the Baptist faith.  She loved going to the flea market when she was able, and enjoyed the beautiful flowers in her yard.  Linda also loved windchimes and had a snow globe collection.  She was very generous and always there when you needed her.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 20 years, Daniel Wilkie; sisters, Barbara King of Hendersonville, Carol Henson (Chuck) of Tuxedo and Cathy Williams (Michael) of Etowah; and her beloved dog, Lola, who does not know that she is a dog because Linda and Daniel treated her like a human.  We will miss Linda’s smile, and her kindness.

A funeral service will be held in the Chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home at 2pm on Wednesday, March 24, 2021.  Entombment will follow in the mausoleum of Forest Lawn Memorial Park and Mausoleum.
