Letha L. Sand, 90, of Urbana, died Tuesday, Sept. 19, 2023.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 22, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church Urbana, with Father Jim Brokman as celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery Urbana. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until service time also at the church in Urbana. Phillips Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include her daughters, Teresa (Dave) Umbdenstock, Karen Thurm, Rose (Cary) Relf, Mary (Roger) Davis and Joan (Scott) Young.

Letha was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ed; her son, Bob Sand; son-in-law; and two grandchildren.
