Katherine Morgan

Katherine Morgan, age 101, of Fletcher, NC passed away on June 16. 2022.

Katherine was born in Henderson County, NC on March 15, 1921, to the late Ada Mae Gildan and Luther
Gildan. Katherine is preceded in death by her husband Eugene Morgan and son Jimmy Sizemore.

Katherine attended Fletcher Church of God. She loved cooking and making baskets with her husband.
Katherine was known to all as a kindhearted, thoughtful, good natured and caring neighbor.

The family would like to specially thank The Laurels staff for the care they provided and the love they
shared to Katherine in her final years.

Katherine is survived by her daughter, Olamae Virginia Sizemore of Hendersonville, NC; grandchildren,
Darlene Herbert and Yvonne Sizemore of Virginia Beach, VA; and niece Barbara Gibson of Fairview, NC.

A funeral will be held at 1pm on Tuesday July 19 th , at Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel in Hendersonville.
