Kaden Arthur Lynch
Cedar Rapids
Kaden Arthur Lynch, a spirited and joyful young boy, embraced life with spunk and brightness. Tragically, on Saturday, May 18, 2024, he departed this world, leaving behind his cherished family.
Born on January 21, 2021, Kaden’s infectious smile and bright blue eyes touched the hearts of all who knew him. He found great joy in school, particularly in gym class and being outside. Whether he was tormenting his sisters, exploring the yard, using his father’s tools, chasing bubbles, cruising in his beloved power wheels, or immersed in play with his collection of dinosaurs, monster trucks, skid loaders , excavators, dump trucks, and matchbox cars, Kaden’s exuberance was ever-present, often accompanied by the tunes of Morgan Wallen and painted toenails.
Though only three years old, Kaden’s life exemplified the essence of unconditional love and the profound significance of warm embraces.
Kaden leaves behind his parents, Ashley Fagan of Cedar Rapids and Brandon Lynch (Mayree Workman) of Hiawatha; two sisters Harper & Halle Jerfita of Cedar Rapids; his grandparents Deb & Mark McDonough of Dubuque, Dan & Sue Lynch of Farley, Kevin Fagan of Hazelhurst, WI and Diane & Perry Hochkammer of Fort Meyers, FL; great-grandparents Jan & Pat Fagan of Hazelhurst, WI and Monica Lynch of Peosta; his aunts and uncles- Allen (Amy) Polfer, Tyler Lynch, Shelby Lynch, Kelsey Fagan, Lexi Fagan, Andrew Hochkammer, & Adam Hochkammer; many cousins; bonus parents Joe Jerfita & Kristyna Rendant.
He was preceded in death by great-grandparents Arthur Lynch, Robert & Betty Farmer, and Marshall & Barbara Erickson, uncle Derek Bauer, great-uncle Steve Farmer, great-aunt Nancy Hess, and cousin Willow Lynch.
There will be a visitation from 4-7 pm at Brosh Chapel and The Avacentre in Cedar Rapids, located at 2121 Bowling Street SW, on Monday, May 27, 2024.
