Jonathan Daniel Brady

Jonathan Daniel Brady, age 27, of Cadiz, took his life Monday, April 19, 2021, as a result of a lengthy battle with depression.
Born on June 7, 1993, in Union Hospital at Dover, Jonathan was a son of Richard Brady of Midvale and Connie Shull Brady of New Philadelphia.
He was a 2011 graduate of Indian Valley High School and had also attended Buckeye Career Center at New Philadelphia where he studied meat cutting. Most recently, Jonathan had been employed by Giant Eagle in Pittsburgh where he worked as a meat cutter.
Throughout his high school career, Jonathan enjoyed playing on the football team. He has always enjoyed fishing, playing video games, and as he became a father, centered his life around his son, Caiden.
In addition to his mother, father, and son, Jonathan is survived by his brother, Chad Brady of Dover, his companion, Lauren Kirkland, the mother of his son, Tosha Thomas and his maternal grandmother, Bertha Shull of Sugarcreek as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Jonathan was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Harold Shull and his paternal grandparents, Paul and Bessie Brady.
There will be no public visitation or services and cremation care is being handled by the Geib Funeral Center at Dover.
