Jerry Lee Herbert, 79, of New Philadelphia passed away Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at the Community Hospice Truman House in New Philadelphia.

Visitation will be held Monday January 24, 2022 from 10-11:30 AM at the Otterbein United Methodist Church in New Philadelphia, with a funeral service to follow at 11:30 AM at the church.

Donations in Jerry’s memory may be made to Community Hospice, 716 Commercial Ave. SW, New Philadelphia, OH 44663 or Otterbein United Methodist Church, 156 Beaver Ave. NE, New Philadelphia, OH 44663.
