Jennifer was born in Aurora, Colorado, to Jack and Nancy Pieper and then raised in Denver. On February 25, 1995, she married Kent Shaw and moved to Tolar, Texas for the duration of her life. Jennifer was a ‘football’ mom and devoted Denver Broncos Fan! She enjoyed watching horror movies and doing crafts, which included making decorative and festive wreaths that you could see from a mile away. She was an animal lover, which led her to her occupation of being a Veterinarian Technician. Jennifer often worked as a substitute teacher in both the Tolar and Bluffdale ISD. She also enjoyed working at Dakota’s Cabin where she could style and shop all day for her customers, and of course, herself. Most of all, Jennifer will be remembered for her outspoken personality and for the love and devotion she had for her family.
Jennifer is survived by her husband, Kent; her sons, Tyler and wife Catherine Ross and Dalton Shaw; grandson, Sterling Ross; her father, Jack Pieper; and by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Jennifer was preceded in death by her mother, Nancy.
