Jefferey Allan Hill

Jefferey Allan Hill, 57, of Petersburg, passed away on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at his home. He was born October 19, 1963, in Centralia, the son of Carl and Carolyn (Melton) Hill. He married Melodie Hunt Minder on May 5, 2015 and she survives.

Also surviving are his mother, Carolyn Hill of Bloomington; two daughters: Yolanda (Cruz) Cisneros of Lincoln and Christine (fiancé: Jason Mauck) Dagg of Bend, OR; two sons: Dustin (Kayla) Hill of Roberts, LA and Nicholas Hill of Lincoln; two step-sons: Brandon (Ashley) Cordell and Brent Cordell, both of Lincoln; eleven grandchildren: Sebastian Hill, Zabrina Cisneros, Zabin Cisneros, Jami-Lynn Hill, Jessa Hill, Tyler Altman, Gabrielle Mauck, Isabelle Mauck, Kal-el Hill, Kylie Hill, and Kyann Hill; 7 step-grandchildren: Brenna, Carter, Frankie, Rayden, Grayson, Piper, and Gunner Cordell; one sister, Robin (Mark) Walters of Quincy; one brother, Timothy (Tracy) Hill of Sheboygan, WI and several nieces and nephews whom he loved very much.

He is preceded in death by his father; one sister, Dana Treuthart; one stepson, Jacob Cordell and one nephew, Alex Jon Farkas.

Jefferey was an avid Harley driver. He worked as a truck driver, welder and mechanic. He was a US Marine Corps veteran. Family was the most important thing to him.

The family will be hosting a celebration of Jefferey’s life at 4:30 pm, Friday, September 17, 2021 at the N.S.P.O.A. Campgrounds Pavilion (on Colson Loop Road & next to the pool).

For friends and family that would like to have a final ride with Jeffrey please meet at Staab Funeral Home in Sherman at 3 pm, Friday, September 17, 2021 and process to his celebration of life.

Burial will be held at a later date.
