Jean C. Neuman

Jean C. Neuman, age 90 of Yorkville, IL passed away on Sunday, July 11, 2021 at her home. She was born on August 29, 1930 in Chicago, IL the daughter of Jacob and Kathryn (Scizlowich) Budz.

Jean was united in marriage on October 13, 1951 to Mr. Clarence Neuman and they spent many years happily together until his passing on November 10, 2014. She attended St. Patrick Church in Yorkville, IL. Jean was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt who will be deeply missed by all her family and friends.

Jean is survived by her children, Kathryn (Jerome) Graver of Mt. Prospect, IL, Mark (Rebecca) Neuman of Litchfield Park, AZ, Paul Neuman of Tinley Park, IL, and Ruthmarie (Bryan) MacKenzie of Yorkville, IL; her 13 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jacob and Kathryn Budz; her husband, Clarence Neuman; 1 grandson; 3 sisters and 2 brothers.

A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, July 19, 2021 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Yorkville, IL. Interment will follow in Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, IL.

Friends may visit from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM on Sunday, July 18, 2021 at the Nelson Funeral Home, 1617 N. Bridge St. Yorkville, IL.
