James P. Reynolds

James “Jim” P. Reynolds 57, of Springfield, died 2:45 pm, Thursday, March 30, 2023 at Springfield Memorial Hospital. He was born August 21, 1965 in Blue Island, to James Herbert and Marian Lorraine (Medley) Reynolds.

Survivors include his mother Marian Reynolds of Springfield; three sisters, Peggy (Kerry) Nordhoff of Rochester, Connie Aichele of Spokane, WI and Sally (Michael) Imperio of North Chesterfield, VA and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father and one brother, Jeffrey Reynolds.

Jim was a US Navy veteran serving from 1983-1987. He was of the Catholic faith.

He enjoyed woodworking; searching for gems and precious stones and designing extensive web games.

Private services will be held with burial at Assumption Cemetery in Glenwood, Illinois.

Memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
