James H. Ingle, Jr.

James Henry Ingle, Jr (Jimbo), 74, passed away September 30th, 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents Mr. and Mrs. James H. Ingle, Sr of Fletch, NC and sister Linda Johnson (Charles) of Tyler, TX.
Jim awoke at the feet of Jesus on Thursday leaving behind his cherished wife Debbie, three adored daughters Chelley, Melissa (Wayne) and Melanie who will miss him daily and a nephew Brian.
Jim was especially dedicated to his granddaughter Megan (Nick), and grandsons Taylor and Liam. He was incredibly proud of his grandchildren and was looking forward to making memories with his great grandson Emmitt and Baby Girl Thelen on the way.
Jimbo was a graduate of TC Roberson and Western Carolina University. He was a teacher in Henderson County and was loved by students who still sing his praises to this day. Jim left teaching and was part owner of Tempo Music for a many years and Owner and Operator of Sounds Heavenly, Inc. Following and sharing his passion for sound, production, installation, and promoting all the joy of music with others. He could play all instruments but couldn’t sing at all. Jimbo was an especially gifted guitarists, playing with many bands, churches, famous and infamous people.
Music soothed his soul.
A Celebration of Life will be held at French Broad Baptist Church on October 16th, 2021, at 6pm with Pastor Kemuel Pruitt officiating.
