James Arnold Edwards

On June 6, 2021, James “Arnold” Edwards, age 57, was called home to his Lord and Savior with his caring mother by his side. Arnold was born March 14,1964 in Cleveland, Ohio to the union of his loving parents Maurice A. Edwards and Inez Edwards.
As a young child, Arnold attended Moses Cleveland Elementary School, Robert H. Jamison Middle School, and John Marshall High School.
Arnold attended East Mt. Zion Baptist Church where he was baptized and then he spent the latter years of his life as a member of Guiding Light Full Gospel Church.
Arnold worked as an ambulatory driver, but will be remembered for his dedicated service working at Sav-Mor. He also dedicated a large amount of his time to the Ginn Elite sports teams working with children to help them reach their goals.
Arnold was preceded in death by his father, Maurice A. Edwards Sr. and his brother, Leroy Edwards. Arnold is survived by his mother, Inez Edwards; his children, James Humphrey, Sharice Edwards, and James Edwards, Jr.; grandchildren, Armoni Edwards, Destiney Edwards, Amira Edwards, Harmony Edwards, Teron Dixon, Jr., and Dwayne Edwards; sisters Jackie Edwards, Cynthia Edwards, Kelly Edwards; and brothers Maurice A. Edwards, Jr., (Jujuan Deyampert-Edwards), John A. Edwards (Tavette Walker-Edwards), Michael Edwards, Sr. (Tameeka Simington-Edwards), as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
