Jackie Dale Tomlinson

Jackie Dale Tomlinson, 54, of St. Amant, LA, passed away on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at HSHS St. John’s Hospital. He was born on December 6, 1967, in Missouri, the son of Hoytt and Glenda (Smith) Tomlinson and they preceded him in death.

He is also preceded in death by his great-nephew, Christian.

Survivors include two daughters, Victoria (Tyler) Cooper of Idaho and Chloe Tomlinson of Louisiana; three grandchildren, Jasmine, Jordyn and Jace, with one on the way; two sisters, Shelia (Patrick) Lambert and Lisa (Chuckie) Melancon, both of Louisiana; four brothers, Johnny (Dora), James, Danny (Karen), and Carl “Tony” (Cathy) Tomlinson, all of Louisiana; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Jackie was a resident of St. Amant, LA most of his life. He went to East St. John High School in Reserve, LA. He was a self employed contractor. One of Jackie’s favorite outdoor activities was fishing.

Celebration of Life: 11 am, Saturday, August 13, 2022 at River of Life Worship Center in Port Vincent, LA.
