Jack H. Sampsell, age 71, of Chicago. Beloved husband of Mary Pat Sampsell, nee Hall. Dear father of Jeannette (Mark) Diddens, Christopher and Patrick Sampsell. Dear grandfather of Jake and Carson. Dear brother of Susan (Robert) Relinski and Judy (Thomas) Stofko. Loving brother-in-law, uncle, cousin, and friend of many. Visitation Friday, January 28th, 3PM to 8PM, Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 6150 N Cicero Ave, Chicago. Funeral Service Saturday, January 29th 10:30AM at the funeral home. Interment will be held at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jack;s name may be made to Wounded Warrior Project Chicago.
