Howard R. Jeffries II

Howard R. Jeffries II, 60, of Mansfield, Ohio passed away Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital. He was born in Mansfield on December 2, 1960 to Howard and Geneva (Bell) Jeffries.

Howard was a truck driver his entire life and was currently working for Sidney Transportation. He loved the outdoors, especially spending time on his boat fishing for catfish and walleye. Howard was a very giving and generous man. He lived and breathed for his daughter, son and family, taking in every moment and opportunity he had to spend with them. He especially loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Howard is survived by his son, Howard III (Stephanie) Jeffries; daughter, Tiffany (Shanna) Jeffries; grandsons, Howard Jeffries IV, Wayne Campbell and Mason Campbell; granddaughter, Journei; siblings, Cheryl Khamis, John Jeffries and Kevin (Sharon) Jeffries; mother, Geneva Jeffries; mother of his children, Johnna Davis-Sykes; niece, Antoinette Jeffries; and great-nieces and nephew, Brianna Jordan, Antoine Jordan and Cherysh Townsend. He was preceded in death by his father, Howard Jeffries; grandfather, John Bell; grandmother, Grace Scott; and nephew, John Jeffries.

In respect for Howard’s wishes, no services will be held at this time. Memorial contributions may be made in care of the family. The Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is honored to serve the family.
