Howard A. Carter

Howard A. Carter, affectionately called “Pop” and “511”, was born on October 17, 1950 to Elizabeth D. Carter and Bill Evans, both deceased. He gained his wings on Monday, May 10th, 2021 at his home at the age of 70.

Howard is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Violet; his sons, Julian (Tiffany) and Jonathan (Stacie), five grandchildren: Tania, JoElle, Jonathan II, Arica, and Taryn; one brother, Ellison Skip Carter (Thongpoon); and one sister, Lecia Kiel (Chris). He is predeceased by his parents, Elizabeth D. Carter and Bill Evans, two brothers, Donald Carter and Gene Carter; two sisters, Norma Mitchell and Marcia Jones.
