Helen Haga

Helen Haga, of New Philadelphia, a loving mother and grandmother, passed away Saturday, January 8, 2022, at the age of 72 after a period of declining health.
Helen was born at Twin City Hospital in Dennison, OH on July 27, 1949 to the late Thomas Robinson, Jr. and Erma Mildred (Sanders) Robinson. On December 12, 1969 she married Jack Haga, Sr. and enjoyed many years together until his passing on January 31, 2003.
Helen loved to be on the go and could often be found shopping at Goodwill or enjoying the many restaurants around the area. She also loved traveling to the beach. She recently told family that she was saving money for a beach trip.
Helen is survived by her children, Michael (Pamela) Haga of Sherrodsville, Bill (Christy) Haga of Dover, Linda Petry of Tusky, and Jack (companion Danielle) Haga of Uhrichsville. Her grandchildren, Michael (finance Heather) Haga, Jr., Brittany (Ronald) Hawkinberry, Ashley (Robert) Corra, Andrew (Anna) Haga, Brian Haga, Jacqualyn Petry, Jadyn Petry, Warren Haga, Owen Haga, Markie Cyrus, Koty (Paxton) Cyrus and Conner Cyrus; and her great-grandchildren, Aubrielle Hawkinberry, Teagan Ferguson and one baby on the way; her siblings, Ray (Wilma) Robinson, Vera Paden, Joyce Walton; and sister-in-law Virginia Robinson; and her companion for many years Dave Brown.
In addition to her parents, Helen is preceded in death by her brother, Charles Robinson; and sisters, Erma Reneker and Doris McComb.
There will be no public services. Inurnment will be held at Union Cemetery in Uhrichsville at a later time.
