Gregory Miller

Gregory Ronald Miller, 62, of Sauganash – Chicago passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 29.  Gregg was born on October 31, 1958 in Niles IL to Nolan (Joe) and Jane Miller.  He attended Maine South High school and Illinois State University and worked for many years in the commercial banking business for Bank of America, ABN-AMRO, and LaSalle Bank.  Gregg was a lifelong Chicagoan except for five years in San Francisco from 1994 – 1999 – an epic adventure that brought him much happiness, great friendships and warm memories.

Gregg is survived by his partner of 32 years, Kelly Leggett of Sauganash; his mother Jane, of Norridge;  brother and sister-in-law Emeritus Bishop Wayne and Pamela Miller of Park Ridge;  brother Steven Miller of Chicago; nephew Aaron (Cate) Miller of Los Angeles; and nephew Timothy (Beth) Miller of Miller Beach, IN.

Gregg will be lovingly remembered for his incredible kindness, his rather dry sense of humor, a huge heart, a smile that could light up a room, and his willingness to help anyone in need.  He deeply touched and was dearly loved by more people than he could have ever imagined.
