Frederick Joseph Engel of Fayetteville, GA, formally of Cedar Rapids, passed away peacefully Sunday December 15,2024 from complications of Alzheimer’s.

There will be a private family service to be held at a later date.

Fred was preceded in death by his parents, William and Francis (Bolinger) Engel, wife, Carol (Ames) Engel and sister Cecelia (Engel) Weed.

He is survived by his daughter Lisa (Larry) Lucky, Steve (Dana) Engel, William (JoAnna) Engel, 7 Grandchildren and 8 Great grandchildren.
