Maysville, Missouri….Frances Elaine (Mercer) Hall, age 77, was born on November 5, 1946, the daughter of William Harold and Ruby Beatrice Mercer and passed away January 23, 2024.

Frances was born in Kansas City, MO. She met Homer Hall while working at General Services Administration and the two were married on October 5, 1986, in Raytown, Missouri.

Frances was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother that will always be remembered for her kind and loving nature. She had a giving spirit and touched the lives of many with her love and generosity.  Frances also had an artistic side, she enjoyed drawing and painting.  She also looked forward to going out to eat, getting her nails done and playing cards (of all kinds) with family and friends.

Frances is proceeded in death by her parents; husband, Homer; sisters, Marian and Wanda; brother, Allen; son, Ronald James Watson; grandsons, Travis Watson and Johnny Watson.

Survivors include her children, Kenneth Watson, Wenda Watson (Robin Fisher), and step-sons Tom Hall and Stephen Hall; sister, Judith Day; grandchildren, Joshua Watson, Wyatt Watson, Daniel Duran, Ronnie Watson, Andrew Hall, and Allison Waldroup; great-grandchildren, Angelica Watson, Brianna Watson, Octavia Popplewell and Skyanna Popplewell; numerous other family and friends. 

Visitation will be at 1:00 p.m. followed by funeral services at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 26, 2024, at The First Baptist Church in Maysville with burial immediately following at Oak Lawn Cemetery.
