Emily Sobkowiak, nee Strozniak, age 80 of Palatine. Beloved wife of Henry Sobkowiak for 60 wonderful years. Devoted mother to Gregory (Elizabeth) Sobkowiak and Kathy (Bart) Sitzberger. Cherished grandmother Ashley, Jenny, Brian, and Nicole. Adored great grandmother to Nicholas. Dear aunt to many nieces and nephews here and in Poland. A visitation will be held Thursday, June 10, at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 185 E. Northwest Hwy. Palatine IL, from 4:00-8:00pm. A mass will be held on Friday at St. Theresa Parish, 455 N.
