Dorothy E. “Mrs. Freddy” Thomas, 98, of Freddy’s Beach, Delhi, Iowa, passed away at her home on the beach, surrounded by love and her family. She went lovingly to be with her husband and family with the Lord on Sept. 30, 2023.

Services will be at noon Saturday, Oct. 7, at the Delhi Methodist Church with Pastor Keith Pitts and Pastor Jeff Durham of Grace Point Church of Dubuque officiating.
