Dorothy “Dotty” M. Pasko Salski., age 78, passed away on Tuesday, February 23, 2021. She was born May 6, 1942 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Paul and Stephanie Pasko.  She was preceded in death by her husband of Ronald A. Salski Sr. and her brother Robert (Bob).

Survivors include her three sons, Andrew (Dawn) and grandkids (Alison, Shane, Chloe, and Drew), Steve (Jeremy Harbison), and Ron Jr. (Julie) and grandkids (Addison, Annalie, and Ashton); sister, Rose Manzella; nephew Tony (Debra) and children (Jessie and Nicole) and nephew Don (Ginny), sister-in-law, Diane Wilczenski (Tom-deceased); nephew Rich (Diane) and niece Lisa (Jim) and children (Cori and Kevin (Destinee); and many cousins, godchildren, and friends.

She loved her life, husbands, sons, and grandchildren.  Dotty was an avid tennis player who played many local, state and national tournaments and ranked.  She volunteered in the tennis industry by giving her time and service to association boards and tournaments.

She was always giving, thoughtful and showed love and compassion for all people.  She worked at a young age to pay for education at Holy Family.  She loved to dance all day and through the night with her friends where she met her husband of 57 years.  She looked forward to spending the winters in Florida with her husband where she would play tennis, participate in water aerobics, bike and loved warm weather.  She loved her BINGO and tennis groups.  She sacrificed her life and ambitions to give her children a college education. Her faith and devotion to God was strong and evident throughout her life. Dotty loved to see performances and games for her children and grandchildren.

Memorial Visitation Friday, March 5, 9 – 11:30 AM.  Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 185 E Northwest Highway, Palatine.  A private Memorial Service will be held at 12pm.
