Dianna J. Garrett

Dianna J. Garrett, 59, of Rochester passed away Thursday, December 31, 2020 at Memorial Medical Center. She was born January 30, 1961 to David and Marilyn Jean (Nemecek) Carver and they survive.

Also surviving include companion, Harold Oliver of Rochester; one son, Zachary (Serena Tudor) Garrett of Riverton; four grandchildren, Dalton, Riley, Reise, and Drake; three sisters, Deborah (James) Moore of Riverton, Amanda (John) Macke of Imperial, MO, and Jane Garrett of Arden, NC; one brother James (Sherri) Garrett; and many beloved, aunts, nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

She was preceded in death by Ken Garrett and her grandparents.

Dianna was a resident of Springfield for most of her life, but graduated from Riverton High School in 1979. She worked for the State of IL in records management for the Department of Revenue. She enjoyed painting ceramic, fishing, and spending time with her grandkids and her nieces and nephews.

Graveside Service: The Garrett family will host a graveside service at 11 am, Saturday, January 9, 2021 at Oak Hill Cemetery with Pastor Charlie Carver officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Central Illinois Food Bank.
