Denver Craig Triplett

Denver Craig Triplett, age 86, of Newcomerstown, died Tuesday, March 22, 2022, following a period of declining health.

Born on September 27, 1935, in Newcomerstown, Denny, as he was known to family and friends was a son of the late A. Craig and Ava Winters Triplett.

He was a 1953 graduate of Newcomerstown High School and honorably served his country as a member of the United States Army. Professionally, Denny worked for the Western Electric Company where he was a telephone equipment installer. He enjoyed helping others as he was able.

He is survived by three sisters, Gloria Ellis of Newcomerstown, Carol Hackenbracht of Worthington, and Joy McDonnell of Newcomerstown as well as his good friend, Norma, who shared in his love for skating and studying the Bible. Completing the family are numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Denny was preceded in death by a brother, Jim Triplett.

A graveside service will be led by Chaplain Matt Doerle on Monday, March 28, 2022, at 10:30 AM in the West Lawn Cemetery at Newcomerstown.
