David L. LeVan, 84 of Marion and long-time resident of Mount Vernon, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2022, at the Strawberry Point Lutheran Home. Funeral Services: 10:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 23, at the Stewart Baxter Funeral and Memorial Services in Mount Vernon, Pastor Ken Ferguson officiating. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 22, at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Lisbon Cemetery. Graveside military honors will be rendered by the U.S. Air Force Honor Guard. Stewart Baxter Funeral and Memorial Service of Mount Vernon is assisting the family.

Dave is survived by his wife of 61 years, Deanne; two daughters, Andrea (Mark) Wagner of Robins and Catherine (Dan) Boggs of Lisbon; six grandchildren, Tony Wagner (Laura Schmidt), Brian Wagner (Hannah Mallow), Danielle (Cody) Kellogg, Natalie (Andy) Stephens, Stephanie Boggs and Chace Boggs; four great-grandchildren, Avaline Kellogg, Hudson Kellogg, Jack Henry Stephens and Wyatt Boggs; two sisters, Francie Disbennett of Ohio and Linda Berry of Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Dave was preceded in death by his parents and five siblings.
