Darrell E. Wesley
Darrell E. Wesley, age 77, of Granbury Texas, passed away on Sunday, May 28, 2023 from a long battle with Stage IV cancer.
Darrell was born in Fresno, California in 1945. He graduated from McLane High School and attended Fresno City College at which time he proudly joined the US Army, serving in Germany. Darrell was employed by Wix Division; Dana Corporation / Affinia; retiring in 2010 as Regional Sales Manager. His other professional endeavors included owning a sailboat shop, ranching, and partner in a family winery. After retirement he enjoyed playing golf, traveling, family and wine.
Over the years Darrell supported various children advocacy organizations including Toys for Tots, Christmas Good Samaritans, First Tee, BACA, and Elks USA. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to St. Jude Children’s Research in memory of Darrell Wesley.
Darrell is survived by his spouse, Susan Wesley; son, Schaun C Wesley; daughter and son-in-law, Tracie and Eric Lednicky; six amazing grandchildren; sister, Donna Angler and many other loving family and friends.
Per his request, no funeral will be held. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, July 9, 2023. Details to follow.
